Rental Spaces

Main Studio

NiaVana Studio, a holistic healing center, is available as an event rental space for special occasions. The 1,200-square-foot main studio can easily hold 100 people.

Rental rates:

The studio rental rate is $35 an hour, with a four-hour minimum. A $50 cleaning fee is charged for hourly rentals.

Planning a longer event? We've got you covered. The studio is available to rent at a day rate of $350, all inclusive. Use of the Healing Room is included in the day rental rate.

Studio features:

• Two restrooms

• Small kitchen area with refrigerator, sink and countertops. Food must be prepared off premises.

• Table and chairs for 60 are included with rental.

Healing Room

The Healing Room is available for professionals to meet with their clients one-on-one. Located at the opposite end of the building from the studio, the room is quiet and peaceful, creating a serene environment for both you and your clients.

Rental rate:

The Healing Room rental rate is $50 per day.
